The Report Subscription & Distribution solution automates the distribution of eligibility reports for multiple divisions across multiple departments. Built on the Perceptive Content platform, this solution allows users to manage their own report subscriptions. New reports are automatically uploaded to Perceptive and email notifications let subscribers know when a new report is available for download. This solution replaces the manual processes of managing email distribution lists and sending out reports as email attachments, freeing up report administrator's time, allowing them to focus on more value-add tasks. 

This solution includes the following features:

• Securely and automatically upload reports via SFTP

• Report Subscription page available via a link from the department portal

• Option for end users to subscribe/unsubscribe from individual reports

• Link to full set of archived reports

• Link to reports description page

• Auto notifications when new reports are available with a link to the individual report
