Platform Governance
Through Leadership, organizational structure and defined processes, the ECS program provides platform and application governance. We ensure that your content solution services are robust, sustainable and scalable to your business strategies and objectives.
Platform Governance involves oversight of the system infrastructure, maintenance, patches, vendor management, upgrades and security updates; ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
Application Governance provides an overall understanding of the content, how users interact with the content and bridging the needs of the customer to the application and solution design and implementation.
Content Consulting
The ECS team is dynamic, with extensive experience across industries and platforms that enable us to analyze business processes effectively and design solutions using collaboration and innovative implementation practices.
ECS program provides solution consulting services based on our experience, leveraging industry best practices and standards, while also aligning with state OUT, and department-level policies and procedures.

ECS consulting provides solution design, implementation, testing, training, documentation, and go-live support services.
Application Development

Application Administration
With an ever-increasing workload and limited resources, it can be difficult to manage the tools that should be there to help us. To make your job easier, our team provides administrative services including; configuring changes, user additions and removals, permission changes, and many other administrative tasks associated with keeping your entire system running smoothly.
Application Support
The ECS team provides Tier 3 support for a number of applications, such as Perceptive and OnBase solutions from Hyland, as well as EDW (Electronic Data Warehouse running the ApplicationXtender solution from OpenText) If issues arise that require vendor assistance we escalate the issue to the appropriate vendor and follow up until resolution of the ticket. Health Check
The ECS team provides periodic health checks for your implemented content management platforms to ensure that your solution is functioning properly and optimized to serve your changing business needs.
Health Checks Include:
Evaluate existing or changed processes
Identify solution gaps and areas for improvement
Uncover opportunities for additional automation gains
Provide an overview of new features and functionalities available for your solution

Content Migration
The ECS team offers services for migrating your legacy data and content to your new services content services platform. We have the expertise and available resources that provide form planning, troubleshooting, mapping, testing, monitoring, and reconciliation to ensure your data is moved safely, securely, and access is not disrupted.
