Through our Enterprise License Agreement with Hyland, ECS offers enterprise-wide access to Hyland's Premium Subscription content, which includes 150+ online technical training courses. Hyland Training includes a number of opportunities to help grow your knowledge and expertise on Hyland platforms.

End User Training
We recommend the following courses if you're new to OnBase and would like to get up to speed on the platform.
Hyland Paid Training
Hyland also offers paid training opportunities, above and beyond the standard and premium content. If you wish to purchase a paid training class, gather course information (course #, description, date/time, cost, attendees, etc.). Submit an OIT Interagency Agreement Request Form.
OIT will process your request and once funding is secured, will place the training order with Hyland. Hyland offers the following paid training opportunities:
Instructor-led
In-person training with Hyland's professionals.
Classroom - Get the full classroom experience—face-to-face, hands-on learning. Interact, network, and share ideas with Hyland instructors and fellow classmates.
Online - Avoid the cost of travel, opting for an online classroom, where you can network and interact real-time with Hyland instructors and classmates, from your home or office.
Self-Paced
Learn using Hyland's online classroom by doing with online hands-on labs and guided instruction led by Hyland experts. Courses are available for 31 days after registering, so you can go at your own pace.
Private
Private training provides a focused, tailored, and direct hands-on experience with a hosted lab environment. Hyland provides two types of private training: online and onsite. In either case, you’ll have direct access to an expert OnBase Trainer.
TechQuest
The TechQuest conference provides OnBase professionals with an in-depth experience of the latest OnBase features and functionality. Learn and be inspired by the more than 70 sessions led by OnBase engineers and trainers.
