A Budgetary Estimate is an initial, non-binding proposal or your project. It includes anticipated implementation (onetime) costs, annual subscription costs, plus expected project timeline. You can request a Budgetary Estimate for your project by submitting our online form found here. This process requires that you complete the Project Discovery Workbook, which is sent to you upon request of a Budgetary Estimate.
The Product Discovery Workbook (PDW) is a fillable PDF document that gathers requirements specific to your Content Services solutions. This document serves as the driver towards creating a Budgetary Estimate for your project and is typically followed by a deeper dive exercise between our team and your subject matter experts.
Following the delivery and acceptance of a budgetary estimate, the next step is to generate a Statement of Work. The ECS team will coordinate any follow-up discussions necessary to finalize the cope of your project and create an official Statement of Work. The SOW includes customer sign-off and becomes the backup for an Interagency Agreement or Purchase Order.
