Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ) solution facilitates in capturing, organizing, processing, retrieving, and storage of the PDQ and documents pertaining to the PDQ HR process. A PDQ is required for each position; employees have a relationship to the position and they perform the duties and responsibilities described within the PDQ. The duty and decision making information listed on the PDQ are used to determine the job classification and pay grade for the position.
